After many years of striving and seeking for some other place and space of higher consciousness I’ve come full stop. By utilizing the experiments, reading the articles, watching the videos on this app I have had a profound realization that what I have been looking for all along is what is doing the looking. Try for yourself! Its easy and fun! i’ve never been able to say that about my spiritual practices in the past. They’ve all been quite serious work and always felt like an effort. It’s quite a relief to let that go and simply breathe into the conscious awareness that I am here where I have always been and always will be while everything out there constantly changes. As you will see from the experiments this is not an intellectual idea. It is an experience. Enjoy!

Even though I would give this app ten stars (and I am not afraid to shout that from my rooftop in a clown suit)...I feel a little embarrassed by the music and the production value of these videos. Maybe it has to be that is necessary in some secret, mystical way. These experiments, these wonderful, wonderful, wonderful experiments, have added inestimable value to my life !in countless ways. I would lose any cool points I might have, for the peace, love, joy, beauty, and order I have received from these doing these experiments. I might not have noticed except for the relief that they have given me from depression and anxiety. I was so anxious and depressed, and then I noticed that I would be relieved every single time I would do these experiments. I have not been able to take any suffering seriously while doing these experiments. If I had to give you one takeaway it would be: try these experiments when you're miserable. Then you might readily do them when you are happy as well... Or if you are more sage than I: just do them. Good luck, friend.

Yes some of the video resources are quite old and thank goodness for those. The quality back in the day just not what it is now! The new meditations that have been recently added to the upgraded version of this app are absolutely fabulous. The best thing is it’s all free! Although some good headess way resources are available on the Waking Up app, this app is totally free and offers excellent opportunities to anybody interested in pursuing the Headless Way. Don’t hesitate to join the Headless Way zoom meetings too! They are fabulous. There is a great world wide community.
