Easy Family Budget Planner

I spent 3 hours today searching for the easiest and most practical budget and expense app. I download a half a dozen apps and this one by far is best for my needs. I did not want to have to sync to any of my banking or savings accounts or upload any information to the cloud. I wanted to manually enter my income and expenditures and create a personal budget. This app did not disappoint. You can download the free version with limited features just to get the feel of it. The PRO version is 4.99. Well worth it in MHO. Glad I found it.

I have tried a few budget apps and they all get way too complicated or don’t do what I need. This is the one my family settled on. It’s very basic- no cents, so you have to round to dollars, which I hope they will update. But i can easily track spending categories. Still looking for a great budget app but for now this is fine.

Easy to track expenses and to budget for recurring expenses. The app remembers the names of the payors you use on a frequent basis so it doesn't autocorrect incorrectly. Only suggestions would be 1) that the expense categories would default to alphabetical order (or that could at least be an option) and 2) that you could rename the expense categories.
