Simple to use but crashes too much.

Set up nicely and looked impressive covering many generations. But now it will not let me in to do anything (despite numerous attempts) and freezes up when I try to get into it. Hours of work seem to have gone down the drain. Do not get this until they fix the glitches

Very good, basic genealogy application. Just what I was looking for. Easy and intuitive to use. Long ads upon start up can be disabled for 99 cents. Additional upgrade to download, print, restore. There was a problem with the upgrades. I purchased but was unable to complete the download. I will update review to 5 stars when fixed.
The upgrade issue was fixed promptly. I was able to download a PDF easily but the app crashed repeatedly when I tried to download a gedcom file. (Hope this is resolved as well for the last star.) Would love the ability to load files as well. If the support site were functioning, I would provide feedback there instead of review section. Thank you!
