I love the idea of this app. I requested a demo, which you must do to get an account. I got an immediate call to set up a time to do so, and even an email reminder from Andrew Marciniak, but when his colleague Bennet called me to provide the demo, he said it didn’t seem like the app was made for me, especially because it was a $2,000 a year subscription! Bennett was very polite, but ultimately, I felt rather upset that the average citizen wouldn’t be able to afford a simple, “Ding! A bill that affects your liberty as updated!” You are still able to search through the app, but as far as marking the ones you’d like to be alerted to, you must have the subscription. I sent an email to Andrew Marciniak to ask, just out of curiosity, who typically purchases the subscription. I will update with his answer. After reading the other ratings, I feel it’s prudent to note that I am a young woman in the tourism industry, who regularly brings people to meet with their congressional representatives and senators. And the initial demo request caller and demo caller (Bennet) both immediately asked me what my occupation was. It wasn’t until I explained by job that the subject of the cost came up and Bennet said the app “didn’t seem to be made for [me].”
This is extremely handy, especially if your interested in politics this is by far the best app I’ve found to do this
I loved the simplicity of the layout. The app makes it easy to find exactly what you are looking for. I loved that when you found a bill of interest you could get a summary and the history all within the app instead of it opening up a page in safari. Definitely thankful for the development team for making this app and wish them the best of luck in marketing and getting the word out.. I'm definitely going to tell my friends.
