I feel very appreciated when I walk into Access bank. Last week I walked in and they said, “Hello Mr. Diediker, how can we help you today?” For someone that grew up in a small town I appreciate this! They know you by name and they make a person fee so comfortable. The staff at Access are very knowledgeable and have the upmost customer I have seen in a bank. I am proud to be a member of Access!!!

Access Bank is the best bank we’ve ever had. The customer service is out of this world. I always feel so appreciated when I visit a branch, you can tell Access puts their customers first.

It is terrible that I cannot see my payroll deposit until Friday at 1200am when all other can see theres on Thursday. This does not allow any time until the following Monday to get any corrections
