HiddenApp, Find My Device App

I have been using this app for years, or at least, I have been paying for it. Support has never been good, but the app provided that set-it-and-forget-it sense of security. However, for over a year, my account has been showing as expired, with no access via the app or website. I just assumed that I'd forgotten to renew, so I decided not to bother. Imagine my surprise when reviewing my paypal payments (something I clearly don't do often enough), I find that I've been paying a subscription all along. I cancelled future payments and have written to ask for a refund of the latest payment, but I'm not holding my breath.

I recently lost my laptop and I couldn't locate it using FindMy for some reason as it wasn't working properly but I'm so glad i had this app installed on it cos found it right away I think maybe cos it uses Google Maps instead. Phew what a relief! Thanks so much to everyone at Hidden App - keep up the great work!

Absolutely love the app and the service it provides. Couple things that are confusing that you guys can hopefully fix... 1. You keep promoting version 2.0, yet I’m on version 1.9.7, at least according to the app I installed from the App Store. I’m now making the assumption that you maybe forgot to update the version number visually to 2.0 from 1.9.7? I have to assume I’m on the latest version... FYI the link you provide to download 2.0 tales me to the app I currently installed, which appears as 1.9.7. 2. Initial account login doesn’t provide me the ability to choose a password management solution (like 1Password) to enter my credentials, even though once signed in, the secondary sign in does allow it.
