I really liked this app the first two times I used it, but lost interest 2 days after downloading. 4 filters are almost identical, 2 are identical, locked filters, 4-5 that aren't sketch just oddly blurred and Not in an artsy way. So, there are only 3 filters I would use, nothing spectacular or even a Wow factor. Not the app for my needs. I'm giving it 4 stars because I had a notification saying "my trial" period is over so give a rating or your unable to save anything from the app. But also want to say that some people may have fun with the app..and that's just it, a fun thing. It's not going to turn your photos into art

For those once-in-a-lifetime, family-together photos and important events such as weddings and graduations; essential for remembrances and beloved memorials. Pet pictures are a must as well. Stroll down memory lane with sketches of the home where you grew up, or where you attended school. Well-suited for uniform photos (sports, band, military). Makes great cover art for the popular personal photo books, and tasteful additions to complement conventional photos. Or simply do an entire photo book of sketchings (say, for each child or grandchild). When presented as a gift, it's sure to be treasured by new parents who will appreciate the "effort" to create a beautiful book of art of their most precious new family member. From fun to poignant, this is the one app you will want.

The portraits shown as an example are easy and I’m not in the least bit interested in. However, I added a forest picture with cropped photos from a different app and this app filled out all the fine details from the textures of every tree person and animal. I will down load it to my art app and I have a foundation to start my project of erasing adding colors then project it on my canvas and air brush. I can print it for masking and I’ll have saved a weeks time probably more for fine detail. Now there’s all kinds of apps. What is amazing about this one is that I don’t have to take a semester or 2 to figure out how to use it. It’s straight forward. Photos are photos illustrations are illustrations and art is art. If you know the difference this is a great tool. Thank you Photo Sketch.
