This is an awesome app! I have been doing yoga for a while, and I was nervous that this would be too easy, but I found the workouts challenging and similar to classes that I have taken. Love this app, and would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to save some money and do yoga at home! Add a heater to your room to really break a sweat!

After the updates to another beloved GAIN app, I decided to let you guys know how much I love this app. It's intuitive, calming and great for self guided yoga plans. I have all the extension packs and I feel like it's really worth it. The app feels professional and I am happy with all the variations included. This is a superb app with no flaws in my book. Even the loading issue has been resolved.

The only difference between this app and the real thing (besides the individual coaching) is that an instructer will walk students through the intermediary poses when getting to the target pose. In most of the workout this is done, but sometimes there's a step where you go from sitting to standing immediately. Thats the only reason i've given it 4 stars. Otherwise this is great.
