Stay away from this company at all costs. Easily the WORST taxi company in Wolverhampton. Takes over 30 minutes to find you a car whenever you try order one and when you call, the person is incredibly rude and just lies to you. Even if you pre-book an hour before you need the taxi, it still manages to come late somehow and not 5 minutes late, I’m talking 30-40 minutes late. Majority of the drivers think they are Michael Schumacher too, racing other drivers swerving across the road and trying to beat traffic lights for no reason at all risking yours and other people on the roads life, all of this WHILST being on the phone to god knows who. If you are lucky enough to find a car after ordering one within 15 mins then enjoy watching the taxi “ on its way” sitting still doing diddly squat nothing for over 10 mins and then either going to the wrong destination or going the longest possible route to you. This company is a shambles and it deserves to go bankrupt due to the fact it is honestly so so so bad, even at the least busiest times it is a complete mockery, go use any other taxi company in wolves and I guarantee it will get 10 taxis to you by the time that ABC have even found you a driver. PLEASE AVOID THIS ROBBERY OF A COMPANY.

Used for first time today for two journeys and received excellent service. Absolutely on time both ways with courteous drivers and good clean vehicles. My only problem with using this app concerns the auto-location feature, and, to be fair, the problem probably stems from the location feature on my iPhone rather than the app itself. For both journeys, if the driver had gone to the current location displayed it would have resulted in frustration for both me and the driver! Fortunately it is easy enough to enter the correct address, but do check what is displayed as pick-up point before pressing Confirm Booking. Otherwise a good useful app.

Never had trouble until tonight with this company. Used the app to book a taxi to get a train to london. Taxi driver was late. Called up and explained he was late. And they said I have to book 24 hours in advance for trains. Which is not said on their app and they stated their app is not accurate with bookings. If your app isn’t accurate then why give the option to book a specific time for your taxi to arrive. And on top of that. I told the taxi driver I didn’t want my suitcase in the boot mutilple times. Because I was running late. And I told him he was over 10 mins late. So he through my expensive suitcase on the floor. Luckily nothing was damaged inside. But it was bad customer service. Threw it and told me he wasn’t taking me and drove off. When I called to complain. Company believe his lies. And wouldn’t even let me speak when trying to explain what happened. Ended up stressed upset and having to book a new train ticket. I hope I do receive a call from the manager and a verbal apology from their taxi man because this in unacceptable behaviour and bad customer service. No wonder why they don’t let you leave reviews on Facebook 🙄🙄
