I’ve never had very many problems with Carter since I made the switch last year, and the problems I’ve encountered were solved within minutes with a phone call or a visit to the local Branch in Coushatta. Always treated with utmost respect and professionalism. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Carter Credit Union is a great credit union. Every time I have had a problem due to my error they have quickly resolved it. They have wonderful skilled and professional employees. The app is wonderful. Easy to navigate.

Carter has the small business/average person personal touch with all the tools and conveniences of a large company. Don’t regret leaving a large national bank to do business with them instead.
