FileMaster-Privacy Protection

The feature i love most about FileMaster is how it resumes downloads even when there is a period of inactivity to the process. In fact this seems to be the only downloader on iOS that has the feature. Other similar apps claim to have this feature, but alas a quick trial of those applications would disappoint. However, the transferring of videos to other video apps is cumbersome. This is as a result of not being able to transfer multiple files simultaneously. In addition, when FileMaster goes to the background of your applications on IOS, it ceases to download hence compelling the user to always leave the FileMaster window open. This is frustrating as you cannot multitask. I wish the developers would rectify these issues.

I like the idea of this app. But the video camera is TERRIBLE quality. Ive tried this with two different phones. iPhone 8 and iPhone XR. When I video normally with the standard camera app, my video is crisp and clear. When I video with this app, it’s low quality, pixelated and blurry. Both phones. This needs to be fixed. I also checked the app settings in my iPhone settings to see if I could allow higher quality but you can’t. There are also no quality changes within the app to fix this. Has to be a glitch. I was going to reach out to support before leaving feedback but if you go to app support in iTunes, it takes to you a web site where the only contact button takes you to a Chinese page where nothing is clickable. So I’m reaching out for support this way. If they fix this issue, I’ll change to a 5 star! To test, video on an iPhone within the app and while not using the app. Compare quality. Thank you.

Fresh review since last years june update app has stop being as productive n good as before. One main feature which should be added back which was earlier but go removed due to update n has made app useless for me is multitasking festure or splitview. That is the app can run simaltaneously on side in split view with another. This feature was there before bt after update is gone. Please add split view multitasking again like we can use chrome or safari browsers with other apps open. Old review: App gave a new update on june 19. ,2018. I updated the app and next thing i know is that app is not downloading any file. No audio, no video, no pdf nothing cud be downloaded. If developer himself has removed download ability then he should tell people, i iwill delete this app cause without videos and pdf download ability this app is useless to me.
