maxim — order a taxi & food

There are absolutely no drivers, sometimes u can end up waiting 20-40 mins for taxi. Prices are way more affordable than the other apps though. After waiting for extremely long period of time the taxi drivers that come are extremely rude. It used to be fine but something changed during the last month. Before the change however i’d rate 5.

I’m a merchant - and I really appreciate riders who don’t choose orders and who will stick on the rate offered on the app. Hopefully, we get to use the rider’s service again especially at night until 2am.

big problem with tolls not being included! It was 65 myr from klia airport but the driver added 7 myr without telling me and app didn't give me a chance & support didn't help. Beware of extra tolls added without getting your permission when paying with credit card. you should never add hidden fees without consent! but at least the app worked! grab, eztaxi and gojek all had problems & late at night bus and subway stop working from airport First bus was 4:45 AM 15 MYR
