Ситимобил: такси и доставка

the rudest service i have ever experienced. got yelled and cussed at. almost all cars are hot and smell. constant issue with location marking, ordering a taxi to my location and it stops three KM away telling me it’s there already. random fines for canceling orders even when the driver made a mistake. wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy.

This is the rudest, most dissatisfying service I have ever got to use in my life. Their errors and issues with payment system have brought me great amount of stress and anger. I assure you, if you want a decent/good experience with customer service and technical support - use something else! Never CityMobil, this is a trap for greedy people, that I got into myself as well. Shoulda know better.

This taxi never failed to arrive on time, the drivers are always polite and understanding. And the app is easy to use, the features are useful. You can even see a picture of your driver :)
