It offers decent very short demo videos for beginners. Somewhat chessy though and not at all professional. When you try to continue to intermediate or advance levels you get a pop requesting that you pay for the upgraded app. Very irritating. You may think you're going to get a great multi-level workout routine but you're dead wrong. Don't waste time. The beginner level workout can be found in any Women's Health magazine. You don't need the app.

This app is great. It's simple to use. It incorporates just basic exercises that are effective . The voice assistant is great because you don't get sidetracked by having to look at the screen thus making your workout non effective.

I tried this app on my IPad and could not get the videos to work. Every video I tried to start ....kept telling me " no internet connection" which is totally ridiculous. So I deleted it.
Probably would work on the version you would need to purchase for $4.99. I'm not chancing it.
