Magazine great, subscription not so much
I purchased a two year subscription last summer but somehow the website and app "reset" every few months maling my account disappear. This means I can't read online, can't download with the ios app, etc. Every time this happens I have to contact support through email and they have done some "magic" to fix the issue quickly. Not this time, crickets for a week... I'm starting to wonder if the magazine went bankrupt?

The app is nice to have, but needs a lot of work. It is very slow to load, lags when going to a different page.
