This is the worst app I have used. Keep saying “ system busy, try it later” when I tried to upload the passport photo. It is not user-friendly app at all for people who don’t live in China or have no +86 cell phone number. The only use of this app is checking the ticket information, but you have no way to buy it because you can not pass the complicated verification and frustrating trying again and again. Shame on who developed this app

I installed this app to facilitate some travel plans in China. Using some online tutorials, I switched the language to English to help navigate. Other tutorials stated that switching to simplified Chinese would help the app function properly, which was true. Unfortunately, the option to switch back to English then disappeared forever. Ridiculous.

So happy to be able to buy train tickets with foreign passport now. I had to first go to the Beijing main station after arriving in the Capital airport to purchase tickets in May and stay overnight. Now I can reduce my travel time to my home city significantly by purchasing train tickets in advance, thanks to this App. 👍
