When the app wants to work, it’s great. When it just wants to sit there and do nothing and I have to force close it, it’s super annoying. Definitely room for improvement.

The fingerprint scanner has never worked except for right at first when I got the app. After it made me change my password it has never worked again. Major inconvenience. Now it won't let me in because it tried to force me to change my password and had an error during the process and my old password nor my new password will work.
