Bath Savings is the absolute best Bank & Financial Institution, period. These truly are local people who offer world-class customer service and support. Their Mobile/Online Banking Security and Encryption is second to none. I have been a BSI Customer for 20+ years and plan to be a BSI Customer for 20 more years and beyond! I would recommend Bath Savings to anyone. Every employee at each branch is always happy to help you and goes out of their way to make sure your needs are met. President, Tom Whelan is one of the best people I’ve ever met. 10/10 would recommend to any and everyone!

We love Bath Savings. It’s run by real people. We get a real person on the phone or in the bank or at the drive through. Things go through all day long so you can see what’s happening. There’s no sudden resorting behind the scenes. Also we love the app. So easy to transfer money to our kids and quickly look at our balance.,

I recently deposited a check through the app prior to a BSI system upgrade. After the upgrade, the deposit status is “accepted” but the funds never made it to my account. I’m unable to Re deposit the check because they view it as already deposited. Quite the system upgrade.
