If you can, do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs. Left me and my mates stranded in Neilston at 3 in the morning for 3 hours after phoning 5+ times whilst saying a taxi was 5 minutes away. Not a problem with the app itself just the people running it

Old app worked better. I am in logon, trying to book a collection from Glasgow airport. The app does not allow this. It lets me pick up from where I am, or forced me to select a notional place on the map, which is slow, cumbersome and inaccurate. Why can’t I select a pick up point by address search (like Glasgow airport)? The rest of app works well but this is just silly - I don’t always want to book a taxi from where I am standing. I want to prebook and you won’t let me pick a location. Disappointed.

Terrific new update. Had to re-register since last time I used it as it looks like a new provider now but it is well worth it. Really good tracking of the taxi en route to the pick up and being able to pay for everything by card through the app (including customizable tip amount) is obviously great in the current situation. Nice summary of the drive via email afterwards too.
