This is a very convenient app honestly. If they have someone near you that can help you they will try to find them for your project. The downside is when providers are unwilling to give estimates based off pictures. Most of the time they want to set up a home consultation not realizing most people don't have time to set up an appointment for an estimate. The providers should be more willing to give a ballpark estimate. But the app isn't bad at all.

Rather than merely a marketplace for customers and vendors, Smith provides concierges who contact you after you first submit your project. Moreover, when I discovered that my description of my project was attracting the wrong category of pros, I asked the concierges whether that was my problem, and they recategorized my project accurately for me and alerted three pros in my area to look at the updated project listing.

I really like the app and have received a lot of inquiries for my job. The only reason I didn't give it five stars, is because when messaging the various contractors I have received little to no response. I'm not sure how the app alerts them that they have messages from potential customers, but it doesn't seem to be that effective.
