The quality of the trivia isn’t bad but isn’t great. Question wording is shorter than the average Jeopardy! answer, and this leads to some ambiguity and some questions which are a bit complex to read. I’ve seen questions with multiple answers that were technically correct as worded. Difficulty level is random. Dirty Harry’s last name is as easy as knowing streaks in specific LPGA tournaments. The questions usually are questions you could know or puzzle out. I haven’t seen any “according to a survey” or “according to an article” style questions where the answer is something you can’t know, bur I have seen some questionable “most common” type questions with softer answers. I don’t like the timer implementation. There’s a reason why Jeopardy! doesn’t turn on the buttons until the question is read. The questions also feel particularly shallow because there’s no info about why you were right or wrong. The up and down level gives you something to think about, but it also means to get a higher score you need to start at max level (I think) No (truly) custom UI for iPad. Ads are small, except interstitials which usually can go away quick enough. It’s free. It’s fine.
This is a great app that will keep you entertained for hours. It's clean and well designed and there are 10 categories of questions, so a good variety of topics. My only complaint is that some of the categories are pretty limited in the range of questions. Sports is particularly puzzling -- most of the questions are about the Olympics, and many are about golf. I'm on round 50 and I haven't come across baseball, soccer, cricket, basketball, ice hockey, or football. They should really expand to some areas outside the Olympics and golf. Also the Music and Film categories focus a bit too much on who won various awards. Not really something I care much about, even though I love music and film. That said, this is the BEST trivia app I have come across, by far. In fact I'm going to stop writing and go play some more right now.
Hi, my name is JJ. Are used to play this game. However, is not user-friendly anymore. Are used to tell me which buttons or whatever or any category tap on it would tell me what it is. However, it doesn’t work anymore. This game used to be a lot of fun to me. And I love it because I can learn a lot of things. However, it has changed. It worked when I had my iPhone 4s, it worked when I had my iPhone 6 Plus. It did not work when I had my seven. It’s not working now I have my eight. This game is to be a lot of fun. However, I know the lowest part of this game I give it a zero. Because is not working correctly every time you tapped on the categories, I would tell you what you tapping on. And it’s not working like it should anymore. So why do you have this game, if it’s not user-friendly for me. Are used to play it a lot. So therefore, I think this game is a scam. Because it’s not working. So either you fix it, either people are spending their money for the wrong reasons. To play this game that people can learn from. It’s not working correctly. So until then, I’m not downloading his game until it is fixed.
