I really like this app and the support it provided to parents and children! My only complaint would be the pricing. That’s a hefty amount to pay just to check read statuses and to be able to access content and point based student encouragement. I understand it costs a lot to maintain the app and site, however if there was a way possible to have different pricing and more offer ability to access different items and games, etc., I do believe I would 100% be more willing to pay for more services. But at even $6 a month, that’s half the price or equal to most streaming monthly or annual, price points. I did wish there were more ways to help parents and their children with resources on this app, as well as games and other interaction possibilities! I think this is innovative, rewarding and a very easy application to use and would definitely recommend it and would subscribe if the pricing was not so steep. More likely to be willing to pay the full price, if there was a lot more to offer than read statuses, (which should be allowed anyway for peace of mind) and access to point and emotional support stories and lessons. I do love the emotional and other supportive learning videos and the concept, but it is very expensive to pay for this content. I wish I could afford to support this application, but it’s truly too expensive! Thank you class DoJo… your company is obviously working and a amazing platform. Just see room for improvements at this price!

This app has been a life saver. The way that it allows immediate access of information that either I need to know about my child who suddenly became ill in an unforeseen way has allowed me an additional level of comfort that I might not otherwise have because I can directly contract his teacher to inquire about how he is doing while his day is going. I can find put the time if he has had to go if he needed to go to the nurses station that day. I don’t have to wait until he gets home to look into his folder to see if there were any issues in his classes because we have already spoke via the app and it allows me to have blow by blow off my sons needs throughout the school day. I’m grateful for the app although I will not lie I didn’t believe that the app needed to cost $80 to use for the yr. And it was not told that you can get almost exactly the same updates that you got thru App in the Parent Square which was for free but I notice that the response time seemed to b slower and for The comfort of mind I will pay gladly the funds necessary to have access to my child’s teacher in a hurry. It’s the difference between knowing he is ok or me having to race to the school to check on him. It’s worth the cost and I am grateful to have access to this app. Thank you dearly.

They will pester you to subscribe each time you open the app, sometimes multiple times. They will send you email, asking you to subscribe. And in case you missed the first email, they will send you a second, and a third. But they know that you are busy, so they will send you several more. I've been signed up for less than a week, and I must have received almost a dozen emails from them, only about 20% of which were actually useful. The rest were unapologetic ads, or thinly vailed ads for their service disguised as notifications. Oh, and the in app ads are tricky. They don't just let you exit out of them. Nope. You have to scroll through the whole slideshow first, and then when you finally get to the end, they will ask you if you are sure you don't want to buy their over-priced service. And just what is it that they offer you that's so great that they have to make sure you know all about it? Well, for what I can tell, it's so you can have the opportunity to know the moment your child's teacher has read your message. In other words, all the parents with real things to do all day get nothing, and the parents that love to look over their child's teacher's shoulder get instant creeper-level access. In short, if you are a teacher, keep looking for a better app. If you are a parent, I'm sorry. And if you're an entrepreneur, this market is apparently very ripe for disruption; you'll make meelions!
