Reminds you of exercise you can do for a particular body part. Doesn't build a routine. Simple exercises with an average explanation. I prefer the men's health app. Also very annoying that it asks for a review every time I open it for an exercise even though I never completely shut down.

I purchased the full download last year so I could use the calculator now it says I have to repurchase it after and when I push the purchase button it states not available in the US big rip off I'm going to contact ITunes to get my money back

It may sound hard to believe, but this app is much more complete on the Windows Phone. It has routines, programs, much more information, and suggestions based on what you're trying to accomplish. I actually find myself envious now of my girlfriends Phone. If you don't believe me, seriously find a person with a Windows Phone and check it for yourself (This app in particular). Google it if necessary, it was incredibly disappointing and surprising.
