I really like this video ballet exercise. She's easy to follow. I've been doing it every day now for 6 weeks and I can feel my body toning up.

First of all, you have to pay for each video. Secondly, when I tried to purchase the video it kept spamming my phone asking me if I want to buy the video I reset my phone the first time because I thought it was just my phone being crazy but when I went back to the app it spammed me again. I would not recommend this at all
About Ballet Body Fit
Diane Boyle, Founder of Prima Pilates, has designed these HD video workouts to optimize the stretching and strengthening of basic ballet technique combined with the strengthening of Pilates. Strength and flexibility is increased through the use of natural resistance and focuses on improving the muscle tone of legs, hips and abdominals. The relaxing qualities of graceful, dance inspired movement and Pilates toning exercises are a fantastic way to achieve amazing physical results!
Diane started her career at a very young age, dancing for Pacific Northwest Ballet, Joffrey Ballet, and School of American Ballet. She has also worked as a model in New York, gracing the pages of Elle, Glamour, Pilates Style, Vogue and W magazines. She has walked the catwalk for Ralph Lauren, Yves St Laurent, and Valentino. Diane also modeled her dance movements under water in ad campaigns for Brizo and Olay products. She is also certified in Classical Pilates.
She currently teaches in Las Vegas, Nevada where she resides with her two children.
