Really impressed with all the functionality built into this system.

we’ve had this camera for 4 years. over time we have lost more and more functions and features due to not using the monthly subscription. now losing the ability to look back at even just the last couple hours of movements and sounds. we bought THIS camera with a description explaining it can monitor those things. i understand the more unique/ additional features being subscription based. but this was for so long a basic part of the camera we relied on and paid for when we initially chose this camera. their description of product is misleading even to long term customers.

I would only use this monitor if you’re keeping an eye on your child in their playpen or something similar, definitely not for sleeping. The app CONSTANTLY freezes so your kid might be wide awake and you’d have no idea if you were only relying on the app. The sound may continue to play but th screen will be completely frozen. There’s also at least a five second delay. It’s a nice idea because the camera moves but not practical for a sleeping baby with how often the screen freezes. It is not my device because it happens on my phone, my husband’s phone AND my iPad. I have another baby monitor that never has this issue so there is no connectivity issue with my wifi. It is an issue with this app that needs to be fixed.
