After being with 2 prior “big” banking companies in the last 25 years it has been a relief and great experience so far to switch to a local business that treats you and makes you feel like you have known them forever.
Eclectic, Alabama branch particularly is fantastic and has given me the answers I needed and asked for immediately.
Although life has thrown me a “curveball”, I know no matter what road I choose I will continue to do business with this bank if that option is still available.
Because of their effective communication and making you feel like your important and matter.
