I downloaded the app and tried to have my phone verified 10 times with no success. I got tired of trying, and deleted the app. There is no help available on the app to get this figured out so oh well.
The first day I downloaded the app (2 weeks ago) I was able to easily get a taxi. Ever since that day the app indicates there are no taxis available in the area. This includes times where I end up walking to my destination and pass taxi stands full of this company’s cars.
