This app is little more than content downloaded from other sites, and a map function that feels less advanced than an 8-bit Nintendo game. There is nothing here that would replace a one-minute conversation with a Yangon taxi driver. And woe to anyone who tries to navigate based on this app's directions. I agree, there are few other Burmese travel guide apps to chose from. But best-of-the-worst does not equal worth your money.
So this is better than nothing. But there's alot more info on wikitravel that should have been included. Don't waste your money unless you want the bare minimum of information on restaurants and hotels and a list of the sights that any guidebook will have. The most useful info was on the airport arrivals and departures. But is that worth paying $3.99 for?
This is a well organized and written mini guide. It is worth the purchase cost but definitely not a substitute for a real guide book or guide ebook.
