Simple app. Does exactly what I want it to do--remind me to take a 3-minute activity break after sitting and working for 60 minutes. I just wish there were options for the alert. The ringing is obnoxious but it does get my attention. Good thing I work from home because I can see the alarm really annoying someone's co-workers.
