Grundfos GO Remote - Pump Tool

Aside from the UI being absolutely horrid with this app, the developers have managed to screw up something with the MI 301 remote in a recent release. The device no longer shows up in the app even though it is connected to the Bluetooth on my phone and there’s no way to troubleshoot the problem. Their support is non existent. When clicking on App Support in the app store, I’m taken to a broken webpage. This needs to be fixed quickly and next time test your software adequately so you don’t leave your customers out in the cold. Also, when the customer has a problem there should be a straight forward way to get in touch with your team to resolve the issue. This really isn’t something I should have to tell you.

Uploaded parameters from a pump and saved them to my phone, I think? The next day I wanted to look at them. Found the file I saved it as and the only thing I could do with the file is delete it. Second, what is the purpose in creating a project if you can’t put anything in it.

The dongle you are forced to use is temperamental about connecting to any smartphone. I miss using my R100. The dongles are expensive and the one I have now is just an expensive paper weight. App is good. It’s the dongle that is the weak leak in the chain..
