First Intl Bank & Trust

I am extremely disappointed with this bank’s service. My account was automatically charged nearly $500 in PAID OVERDRAFT FEES without any prior notice or email notification. The bank kept deducting money repeatedly while providing no warning or assistance to prevent this from happening. When I went to the branch in person to resolve the issue, instead of receiving help or a refund, I was simply told that it was my fault, not the bank’s responsibility. This response was unprofessional and showed a complete lack of accountability and customer care. I am a new customer and this is my first time living in the United States. The bank failed to clearly explain overdraft fees, account policies, or provide proper guidance, which is especially important for new customers. The overall support was extremely poor.

Hi I remember I used to see the the credits in green numbers now you don’t see that what happen to it I hate seeing it in black because I don’t know the credits that are coming through out the week.

I’ve been banking @ this bank since 2007, and I absolutely love it! They do such a wonderful job, and they do know me by name they treat their customers with respect & care that we deserve & I highly recommend this bank to anybody new to Minot and need a bank! I love First International Bank & Trust and then a few years my girlfriend plans to move back to Minot and I’m going to get her signed up at 1st International Bank and trust keep up the very good work and have a good rest of the week!! 😊😊😊😊😊😊
