Get this little memory. It’s true Minimalism. It’s like micro-journaling (©️2025 by me sl1200mkII haha) Just jot down your thoughts on the day. Wind down. As you write more and more it’s able to show you what you talk about the most or whom and about how well you feel about that person place or thing. It’s minimal with great analytics to get you focused on the main part-journaling. You can see other entries from a week month year or 5. Just keep writing and you can scroll through to see what you wrote this time last year. 💯 percent get it. Micro-journal at its best. Quick. Easy. Distraction free. You can even add pictures (though to add more you have to purchase it but it’s worth it). Trust me I love this app.

It allows me to jot down a thought, anecdote, or snapshot of the day in a simple and easy format. I get to receive this memory years down the road, as a reminder of good times had, struggles overcome, and triumphs big and small. Each “little memory” is a gift for the present. With 2,000+ little memories saved and counting, I can’t think of any other app that fills me with as much gratitude.
I’ve tried for years and years to keep a journal. I tried various apps and tried using txt files. This app is so simple I don’t “feel bad” writing a sentence or two and being done. I have a few items to suggest for future updates: 1) offline mode. I was traveling in an area with no wifi / cell service and I wasn’t able to post for those days 2) ability to upload 4 photos. Currently you can only take 4 photos and upload 1 3) ability to add posts more than one day in the past. If I’m in an area with no radio signals my streak is broken. This is a great app and is will worth both the cost and the yearly subscription.
Traditional journals are overwhelming, feel like a chore, and are hard to keep up consistently. Little Memory is an easy to use iOS app that sends yo...
