Sharpdesk Mobile

This is a great app. I really only needed it for printing MS word docs, and the occasional excel sheet. Very happy I didn't have to do a cumbersome export to PDF work around! Printing photos was smooth too, but color is expensive so I don't use it this feature to much

This app is well thought out but when I try to print a PDF from an iPad or my phone, I can hear the Sharp MX-M316N start up like its going to print, but then it just stops and nothing prints. When I do the exact same process with a JPEG or other photo, they print perfectly. Not sure what the problem is. Please update the app or suggest a fix within settings.

Installs fine. Looks good. Won't find devices across a VLAN, but that's pretty much expected so no biggie. I input the IP Addresses of Sharp devices manually and it appears to connect just fine. Then I learn... I can't change the name of the device. Oh, the app says I can! But it won't let me edit the field. How am I supposed to keep the devices straight in my mind by IP? Perhaps I could waste some grey matter to that info, but why would I? Just make the Name field work. Done.
