While the app is well functioning, the business practices are aggressive, substantial fees are added without notifications through the app if a card payment does not process. After a year I used the app with out realizing that it was an old card that was associated with the account and they took me to the cleaners!

This app is easy because I can start it from my car, and exact because I am charged only for the time I am actually parked.

I used ParkMan at a mall. When I tried to exit, the parking gate would not open. I had to ask everyone in line at the exit to back up for me, because I could not exit. When I called customer service, they said that they could not help me nor explain the problem. I had to go to the mall customer service, who explained that ParkMan had paid for the wrong parking.
What I nightmare. I will never use ParkMan again.
