While I found the CItymapper London app was probably better in general terms for using the bus (as well as the tube), I used this app to double-check routes, and it's ability to tell arrival times is also very handy. A good value.

This has become my most-used app. It's very quick and accurate in providing the times of the next buses. The search feature is versatile and quite useful. I'd have given it five stars rather than four if the list of favorite stops were able to be rearranged by the user, rather than simply added in chronological order. That's the main improvement I'd suggest; otherwise, the app works flawlessly and brilliantly.
