The latest update of this app includes a long-overdue UI update which drastically improves the user experience. Prior to this update, the Gazette app was easily the worst app I still used daily. I value the local news this paper provides, and now it’s so much easier to see past the interface and see the content. Plus: no crashes since installing, uninstalling, reinstalling, and logging back in.
Thanks to the coders who found a way to get the medium out of the way of the message.

When I select the Digital Edition, almost invariably it pops up a screen that says I don't have a paid subscription. I close that screen and it reloads the live news. I select the Digital Edition again and the same screen pops up again. When I close it, it usually loads the Digital Edition - but not always! This is a REALLY irritating bug/behavior. I wish it would be resolved!

Even after a software update, this continues to be a problem! 2nd time in the last 3 or 4 days. IS THERE A SERVER PROBLEM THAT NEEDS TO BE RESOLVED?????
I am not getting that which I have paid for!

The app works pretty well. It sometimes fails to open the paper at all, and I wish it would open with a single click instead of the couple of steps that are required. But overall it’s reliable.
