Okay this is one of mai favorite games! Me and my dad，airlines， compete with it all the time. It’s just I want to point out a few glitches that I would like you makers of this game to fix. 1. Soo I should’ve gotten all the skins by now but the skin that you get when you collect 5 skins won’t upload. It’s a little annoying. 2. This has happened a few times but it's still gotten onto the list: I was killed when I didn’t even touch the color! 3. I don’t MIND this one but just so you know... sometimes I’m randomly skipping around one ground level waiting for another one to open up, when the ground bellow me collapse as if I had gone through it with a super boost. Well thanks for listening anyways, don’t download if you get triggered with a few glitches! (Heh heh whoops that one time...)

This morning I went on my phone and decided to play Helix Jump, immediately there was a ad, so I thought well maybe it is not a morning welcome but wutteves, but then I am in the middle of my turn and there is a ad, and after the ad my screen starts clutching and I go on the red space, I mean COME ON!!! I know apps have ads, but literally every five seconds there is an ad, also one other thing some people say it is super stress relieving, but in my opinion it is super stress inducing, because once I was on the last block and it glitches and I died, super disappointed, but if you can fix that then tysv，airlines，m!!! Besides those to things I love love Helix Jump!?!?!?!?!

The concept is nice, having an app keeping track of your times. But this app doesn't integrate well with the icloud. I'm constantly trying to fix discrepancies between my iPad, iPhone, and mac. Now my iPad version crashes on startup and I can't get it to stay open. Every time I contact the company for support they give me a "we are aware of this issue" response and give me a temporary solution or work around. As of today, the iPad version no longer opens and has become a huge waste of money. I've had this app for 6 months now, and not a single update has been released addressing any of the many bugs, discrepancies, or problems I've submitted to them. They've had plenty of time, in my opinion, to release a temporary bug fix in an update but they haven't even done that nor have they bothered to mention if they're even working on a solution. I've asked them for a refund, and they won't honor it. In the mean time, I've continued to use their app (since I can't get my money back) and it would be nice if I could convert everything I have to another provider. This company has the worst app support I've ever encountered. DO NOT BUY!
