Not only is the app sketchy at best, but the on-site team is combative and not helpful at all. We do over 50+ trade shows a year and haven’t had this much trouble using other services. You’re better off manually entering info from collected business cards than relying on this service.

Don't rely on this app for your trade show. I had several leads download with no contact information after taking notes. Sometimes it would go up to the cloud and return with contact data and other times nothing. Maybe because the visitors didn't fill out registration right or borrowed somebody's pass. Either way I'm missing a lot of leads.
