I agree with everything the previous reviewer said, and would add that I also enjoy getting the free gifts in the paper copy. I just seem to get more out of it when it's in my hands. Also the designer papers in the hard copy are on such cheap shiny paper I never use them. Also, why are they the same on both sides?

I have always enjoyed this magazine through the mail. But subscribed digital this time. I only have internet on my phone and find it hard to use this way. If I renew my subscription it will be in the mail I realize it is more costly but would get more out of it. I have always wished I could enter the contests but live in the States. Would like more cards that aren't square which is more postage. For the last couple months I have been unable to see my issues because it shuts itself off right away

This is a wonderful magazine. However, all of the special editions that are available for purchase disappears from all of my Pocketmag apps. I have quite a few, so this was quite devastating. I have made repeated requests for help, but get no answers, just the same information that is on the support site, such as to update to the new app (did that the day they were released) restore purchases (did that first), Sync (did that next, the tried restore again). After doing all of that to no avail I then started emailing support and am getting no help at all. Be warned and be sure you're cord every single purchase and keep up with which issues you have purchased because I have also lost access to some of my precious prescription purchases. If someone will actually take me seriously and help me, I will remove this review and rating
