I had a fraud through ADP on my business account and I went to see the manager Anne Marie Socci at west main and she immediately locked my account and set up a new business account for me. She told the extra time to call me daily for my outstanding checks and has been working with me throughout this difficult time. Anne Marie and her staff are amazing and such friendly and helpful staff.
I am extremely happy with the bank and staff especially Anne Marie.

My bank’s online banking a game-changer! It’s so easy and convenient just push a button, and the money transfers instantly. I absolutely love it!

I like the app and the mobile and desktop
One of the things that I don’t like with the app is that I find myself forced to find Wi-Fi in order to use the app which I think is kind of not useful and the other thing is that I’m trying to see one of the checks I deposited and i couldn’t see an image of the check or the check number. So those are things that could be very helpful if you guys can improve this.
