They won’t respond to Help request or emails, but I purchased all tables unlocked forever and believe me unlocking all of the tables wasn’t cheap but lo and behold now I find that there’s four lock tables so even though it says right there in my purchases it even says it on the screen that all tables unlocked forever, there are four tables they want to charge me $3 each four so how does that jive but the worst part is they won’t even answer me when I email them. It’s been weeks and I’ve responded to that email pinging them three times now and they’re ghosting me so they basically baited me into buying all of the tables, didn’t give me four after promising that all tables were unlocked forever and ignore me now they want to make me subscribe to my tables again if I update. disgusted isn’t the word for it… but children might be reading this so I will restrain tongue and pen further. It’s disgusting that they have switched to a subscription model as if it’s a good thing. It’s not it’s sick.

06AUG2025- I am unable to access any table purchased or otherwise. A window states the table is not on my device and needs to download. When the DL is selected an error states the table can not be downloaded and gives an error Cocoa -1. I submit a report through the App Store, but have not received a response. Is this game still supported? **Having waited a long while for the new table Red Planet, I was excited to see it ready to buy yesterday. That anticipation was followed by disappointment after playing the table for a couple games. The physics aren't quite right, and there are a few glitches I've encountered with the ball disappearing or getting stuck. The layout is clumsy IMO, and the greatest disappointment was the recycled, clunky, sound effects. They are the same outdated wooden sounding effects from DaVinci, the snowball, deep sea, etc etc. I stand by my original review, and i just can't tell you how bummed out I am that red planet is a rotten egg. I This is the best pinball game on the AppStore. Buy the Slayer and Arcade tables, and you have the best tables made. The DiVinci table is good but not great, and the band tables are just okay. Even the war movie tables are descent. The others are all junk.

I really like this game. The gameplay is solid and realistic, while maintaining a level of fun. The board looks good and in general, this is a good pinball game. My problems start with board selection. You only have one board, and have to pay to unlock them. I’d be fine with that, BUT, it’s $30 to unlock all the boards. I’m not paying that. Another one of my complaints are the ads. If you don’t turn off WIFI or Data, you get ads randomly. This would be fine if it was after the game was over, or even in between balls. The Ads pop up while the ball is in play. Then when the ad closes, there is no countdown like there is when you pause the game. You pop back in and it makes it hard to play when spontaneously interrupted. My final complaint is at the end of the game. Every time you play, it asked you to type in a name for your scoreboard. That would be a good feature if it was only when you got a high score, but it’s not. It’s every single game. And if you aren’t on game centre, it’s only your name on the board. In conclusion, this game is good, but needs some tweaks.
