The digital version is great, although I subscribe to both versions I.e. printer & digital. There are times when I'm looking for the review of a product I read in the printed version months ago. I went to the digital format to search for the review of that product. I had to down load multiple months & look in each table on contents. An article review search would be Wonderful!!!

The problem I have with it is I didn’t buy the digital copy through Apple App Store I got mine through the web site. But my issue come to me through Apple and I’m be asked to buy the issues that I already payed for. So not happy about that, I’m working it out through the customer service with sound & Vision. When it comes to the actual reading the article in the issues I have no problem with pdf’s are clear and readable back issues for a price you could buy them that’s ok too.

MyTimeMedia LTD knows nothing about app support or costumer service. I subscribed to S&V a few months ago only to suddenly have all past issues removed and the app acting as if I don’t exist. Customer support blames my user ID or my IPad Pro.
Same company is in charge of the Stereophile Mag and the same issue occurred there a few years ago. I should have known better.
