My Vodafone Romania

The most important thing as everyone might agree is to see your invoices and your plan’s details. Only once in the past 5 months the app has been showing my account’s details, the rest of the time is only showing general info, lots of pointless advertising and the only thing about my account that you’d be able to see is my user name and phone number. Can’t understand the lack of inconsistency, mainly since I’ve seen my account’s details at some point.

I like my Vodafone mobile service, but the app is worthless. Do not download! Not once in 6 months has this app let me log in. It keeps me in a loop of validating my email and sending codes again and again. Then when it has finished that cycle and finally let’s me try and log in I always get a screen telling me that something is wrong on Vodafone’s end and I can’t log in. The website is just as bad. I hate having to go to the nearest Vodafone store, wait inline and paying in person, when I should be able to pay online. What should take a minute or two with a decent app becomes a time wasting trip.

I’ve seen and used a lot of vodafone applications from other countries, they offered more and were far better and responsive. This romanian application is sluggish, non-functional stupid application, i feel sorry for the developer who built it. No possibility to add any services using it (roaming, extra GB..etc..) I even tried registering with my vodafone number and i kept getting the message : not valid vodafone number until i went to some shop here that did it for me and for nothing, no reason to install it, waste of Megabytes..
