Users can find information about housing assistance, mental health issues, substance abuse, domestic violence, parenting skills, employment, food banks, disaster services, and more.

2-1-1 Big Bend is also the Florida statewide hotline provider for those seeking HIV/AIDS information (800-352-2437) and family health information (800-451-2229).
