I’ve personally used many other banks apps, and currently using ING homebank along with some other(American bank mobile app) and ING is by far #1 way above all others.
Beside the app, you cannot want more from their services. No waiting times on call center, they reply almost immediately and assist on facebook messenger, etc,

This app only seems to get worse with every version. For a banking app, that’s unacceptable. Just yesterday I was at the supermarket and I needed to check my account to make sure I had enough money to pay for the groceries, and the app just would not work. Even though I had the latest version of the app, the latest version of iOS, and I was on 4G LTE, the app would freeze, would only display partial screens, would refuse to display the bank balance, and would not let me navigate my accounts. Just when I needed it to work, it would not work. Worthless!

There is no better home banking app or better services! They make things extremely easy and hassle-free for their clients so that you don’t spend hours and hours trying to get an iban or to update your info. The best banking app I’ve used!

- Online instant payments: RON Transfers to other banks in Romania are instant, including invoice payments or to other suppliers, if their bank is enrolled in the instant payment program.
- Payment requests: You can send payment requests to friends from your phonebook. They receive a payment notification in Home’Bank.
