Norway Travel Guide by Triposo

Absolutely brilliant app - simple to use with all the required information available without using cellular data abroad. Listings for restaurants seem pretty accurate (we followed recommendations in the app and found a fantastic restaurant which we went back to again as well as some great bakery's and coffee shops). Another great feature is the ability to generate a walking tour around a city (in our case Bergen) which takes in local points of interest and can be scaled by distance depending how much time you have. As you travel around, local points of interest are highlighted with added information taken from Wikipedia which is great for getting the history of landmarks you are visiting.

I downloaded this with a few other Norway apps last minute before our flight over. Fantastic coverage of the whole country, we visited Tromso, Oslo and Bergen and the app was full of brilliant information for all of them. To top it off it is all available offline which was incredibly useful. As well as sightseeing and good food and drink recommendations the app has useful utilities for currency conversion, weather and useful phrases. Can't recommend this app enough!

Going to Norway tomorrow and wish I'd found this sooner. Excellent mix of currency, weather, phrases, map, guides, etc. very very well done to the team that designed this app. It works great!
