I bought Halloween songs couple days ago. And i thought since i paid i can download whenever i can. But I can’t download now. Apps says “Unable to get proper network connection. Please check your network status, then try again” My internet works fine. I’m wondering it’s because the songs are no longer selling at the shop. Please fix this problem. I paid my money. If you can’t fix it, i do want my money back

I'm so annoyed that for an app that I paid a LOT of money for the songs and stories my kids still have easy access to areas where they are bombarded by ads to download apps. This should be sectioned off for parents access only, not the 3rd tab over on the main screen So annoying are the constant ads to download other apps. I have PAID for the privilege for you NOT to spam my kids with ads for your other apps. Do not download unless you like having your kids constantly run to you because there is a screen with an ad for some stupid app or they are in the 3rd or 4th tab which is the buying tans. This app makes it very easy to enter the buying section and kids have no clue. Deceptive and spammy

It took so long to download songs. Especially it seems forever to download storybooks till now. I thought that just because our Internet is slow but other apps were fine. Other than that everything is fine... Our 4months old baby loves all the songs so much! She can't live without them anymore! (Now my iPad is all hers lol)
