I wish this app had a live chat feature, as opposed to just texting someone and hoping for a response. I was able to call the program, though, and after a bit of a hold was able to get connected to an attorney.

I can’t even use it since I downloaded

I have been trying to get the help I need for literally 3 days now. No luck. All it keeps asking me in the text message is what is the keyword. Mind you I have given it all 16 times I have tried. The one time I get thru I get kicked off. How is anyone supposed to get the help needed if they won’t answer you back?
