This app is almost fully inclusive. I have tried to submit meter readings in the past but I was told later that the meter readings were not submitted due to a fault in the app, but I heard that was fixed soon later. I like the usage comparison feature, great way to help visualise your average consumption and make savings and think of resource conservation. I support all feature developments for this app and I hope I get to see more apps like this from the eGov of Bahrain.

1. When IOS auto fill password is used for the log in screen. The systems lags and requires me to enter everything manually 2. For the payment, please integrate iPhone auto fill debit card feature for easier input instead of putting all the card details manually. 3. Screen layout seems to be zoomed out and not good used of the screen size.
