WARM 106.9

I grew up in WA and moved to Wyoming recently, so I use the app to listen to Christmas music throughout the year. This morning, however, it seems like the app and website are not working. I’ve done the basic troubleshooting and the music won’t play. It just sits on my work computer and doesn’t play. On the app on my phone it started giving an error: “unable to connect to audio” which is odd. Please fix ! Thank you 🙏🏼

I can’t log in or create an account. When I enter my email and password to log in it says my account doesn’t exist and directs me to create an account. When I go to create an account it says the user already exists and directs me to login. The app literally bounces me back and forth between the two. When I click that I forgot my password, it says that my email address isn’t registered or whatever wording is used. When I try to contact customer support through the app, it says I must be logged in in order to message them. There is no way for me to access this app anymore.
